I've just sold a car, quick quick!

Then whose is that one you're stood in front of?

Anyone else find it odd that the adverts to buy your car feature people saying they sold theirs, while stood next to one?

What advert are you watching?

Have you gone on their website for a quote? They offered me £330 for my car (I know it's not worth a kot but it must be at least £200 in scrap) and then there's a £49 administration fee I only went on for a laugh but it still made me wince a bit.

You're lucky. They offered me £70 for an Espace with 7 seats and a brand new engine and gearbox in it. Oh, and they wanted me to take it twenty miles away, for them to collect. Talk about extracting the urine!

Yeah they offered me...

...£49

For a runner.

Local metal recyclers came and collected it, then took the wheels off it and brought them back to me (so I could sell em on ebay for £50) and gave me £160 for the privilege.

I think webuyanycar(andfleeceyou) may be better for more expensive cars where they sometimes tend to play within the spread and therefore offer more than some dealers would offer as part-ex. Absolutely useless for cheap cars/sheds.
