Rather a better idea than using real zebra’s as those are generally rather wild and not much fun running around going mental in a crowed festival

that guy needs to look at a picture of one though as he's done stripes totally wrong

Zebras have proper manes as well..not a bit of fluff on the backs of their necks. Maybe they are going to glue one onto the poor beast,.

I saw some zebras just like that the other day (but they weren't stripy) and some hyenas that looked like labradors. What's a shih tzu ? One with no penguins.
