Been on hold for an hour and twenty minutes to Vodafone. I just need to get my PAC code to get away from this truly awful company and I can't even do that ......

I take it you're through to disconnections? They've always answered pretty quickly and get the problem sorted out, but then the problem is usually that everyone else in the company is shit

If it means anything now, I had success with Virgin. paid 15 quid for a phone and 100 minutes. Can't beat that.
