.... on Saturday. Great fun. Kids loved it too. Was amazing to see 6 year old going around unaided after only 1 hour ever on the ice.

Could do with some boots of my own if we go back. Feet were hurting rather a lot due to the death wellies we hired!

When i went to 6th Form in Durham, the college was over the road from Durham Wasps home ground. I used to go over at least 5 times a week, and at lunch times would practice with the Durham Uni team. I was never Hockey standard but loved a knock about when i could.

It was surprising how fast it came back to me on Saturday. Only problem was the death wellies were killing my feet and the toe picks were a nightmare.

Fancy getting a cheap pair of size 9's now so i can enjoy it more.
