well this could be a problem for rather a lot of people if they have a caravan or trailer...

That's not a bollard .... THIS is a bollard 
Happens fairly often in Cambridge when cars try to follow buses and taxis through the bollards . Driver gets a bill for repairing any damage to the bollards as well.

If it's not a set-up shot, how would you actually get out if you were towing a trailer/caravan - or is it somewhere that is supposed to be for
cars only?
