Can't Access Mozilla Firefox

We recently downloaded V2.0.0.6 update and since then we have not been able to access the net, see screen shot attached.

IE works fine.

Any suggestions. Rescued attachment Problems_1.jpg

The web address that is displayed in your address bar is not a valid address .type in a web address such as the locost web address and then see if this loads ok.What me have happened your home page that launches when firefox as started as the yahoo address which will not open as it doesnt exist. Just typed what you got in your address bar and i get the same.

open zonealarm and go to program control. then if as said above the firefox executable is not in the list of programs click "add" in the bottom right, and then find the executable. Then ensure the executable is checked for internet access in the programs list.
