Anyone know where I can get a smoothing hammer bit for an air chisel in the UK?

Don't know where you can get one Pete, but if you can't find one why not weld a piece of steel onto one of the chisels that come with the set ?
Just an idea.

Looks like a flush riveting snap to me. something like this just remove the anti slip ring:
