Anyone know what these would cost to turn up?

Doesnt matter what metal, as long as its stiff enough to swage 2mm ali under compression.

What material? Do they need the flats on the sides?

Cheers

Hi,

They are supposed to be round, but its my first attempt at modelling with TurboCAD!

Hmm, have you got a proper drawing? I may be able to turn it up out of aluminum for you...

I do, ill email it to you. what would it cost?

The only thing that it could do with is a 10mm extension to put through the hole before tightening down, but that was an after thought!

I have turbocad too.
I have had a similar problem, i think it needs the autocad equivalent of the spline function, which smoothe the straight lines into curves.
