To make a car go faster, just add lightness. Colin Chapman - OR - fit a bigger engine. Chippy

Shhhhhhhhh! don't tell people that! - there's a JTF about 200 yards from my office and if I'm bored at lunchtime popping in to listen to people getting over excited about multipacks of Seabrooks crisps at 89p and bottles of Echo Falls wine at £2.99 etc etc not seeming to realise if you add 20% on most stuff is cheaper at the Asda 1/2 a mile away - always cheers me up no end

Mind you for toilet rolls and kitchen roll they are bargaintastic!

I was impressed by the 8.99 bin storage system - I just paid about £20 for 20 bins without a rack, and considered that reasonable.

On the VAT front - it is quite cheeky that the RRP/SRP prices include VAT, but their prices dont - OFT should have words as thats defo misleading.

It's in the middle lands, otherwise known as the shires to the people in the fat bottom bit. Anyway it's stopped raining now so I'm going out to get my hairy feet wet.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Loggy - even venturing as far north as the M4 is quite a big adventure for those in sunny Basingstoke
