I like them because they have an almost split-rim look. I also thought they might be of interest because they are a relatively unusual offset for such wheels.

For what it's worth, fashions come and go but style never goes out of fashion. They're a classic design like Peugeot 1.9 GTI and Lancia Integrale rims - all imho of course.
