Carbs and manifold required for a Vitesses

Well despite my protests at just ditching that WPOS Triumph engine and fitting my lovely 2.8 6v, my friend is still going to persevere with it and try to get the wobbly jelly body Vitesses running reliably, yeah right…

Anyway first to replace is those sorry SU carbs and pathetic manifold setup (see better designs on cars from the 1920’s) that even he hates, so after a couple of Stromberg’s and manifold for the 2ltr straight 6.

Anyone able to help?

nice idea but as the car cost £350 and looks like a rusty shed, doing that might not be worthwhile

it might also disintegrate with the extra hp it would gain, the ducktape is only rated for sad power levels
