Zetec Engine Bits

I'm starting to collect parts to build a turbo charged 2.0L Zetec to put in my car some time in the future.

I'm in absolutely no hurry being snowed under with building my MNR, restoring a vintage trials iron and trying to get a scooter on the road, so just collecting bits at the mo...

I'm after a 2L engine, or bottom end a 1.8L engine or bottom end, Rover Tomcat inlet manifold, Focus turbo exhaust manifold etc etc. Garret T25 or similar...

I've got me eye on some of the parts on the bay, but, does anyone within picking up distance have any zetec engines free or cheap they want to pass on??

Cheers,
Steve

I have a Rover Tomcat inlet manifold that I bought but didn't use on my Zetec Turbo build knocking about if you are interested. Comes with throttle body and gasket - £35 inc. p&p

I've also got an Escort RS Turbo exhaust manifold going spare - not sure if you know but these match the port spacing of the zetec head and the mounting studs are easily redrilled to mount it. Probably the easiest way of mounting a T3 size turbo. £35 inc. p&p. No photo yet, but it's in as-new condition and comes with a new turbo gasket.

Will sell both for £60 inc.

Let me know, otherwise they'll end up on ebay next week!

Oh, and good choice on the zetec turbo - mine had proved to be well worth the effort (although from personal experience you might want to add an uprated clutch to the list of parts needed....!)
