I've seen them. No idea where but they're usually described as "universal petrol tank cap".

halfords sell them in the car security section. I seem to remember that as they dont just pull off / out then they are classed as locking in terms of
MOT and therefore a pass. have a look on the packaging.
been a bit of a rush job really, bodged it all together in just 5 1/2 years.
