I made my own, only takes a couple of mins with a pipe as a former

CBS do a plastic covered steel strip that is pre drilled and you can form easily. Go as big as you want.

Yup i'm sure i got some that big from steves stainless at one of the shows.
Pat i might even have one spare if thats all you need,i'll check in the garage tomorow night.

Best i can do is a couple of 40mm P clips i purchased from steves stainless, i am thinking they may well get to the 42mm needed if not completeley
closed. (maybe a spacer)
