Hydraulic Tube Bender (fail that where can you buy a good one!!?)
Yip that’s what I’m after, one of those to bend bits of tube…
Gona make some roll bars and stuff so it needs to bend 2in 3mm pipe at least and other smaller sizes as well. Got anything like that??? Not sure about
posting it though  that would cost the same as the whole thing so needs to be within say 50miles of Aberdeen.

I hired mine from the local tool hire place. Not too expensive (can't remember exactly how much, but not too stupid for a half-day).

be careful with the ones you get from machine mart etc, they bend pipe not tube! The dies are slightly different.

Got mine from Beaver Tool Hire, not that expensive for a days hire. Certainly a lot cheaper than buying one, the Drybolic ones are mega bucks. HTH

That type will work very well but you need thick walled tube, CDS will buckle.
So if you do not mind the weight then its fine for bending scaffold tube into a cage, done this for a few landrovers.

yeah cheers that's the kind off thing I'm after. Don't know why it could be 2k new, its just a jack and some cast steel bits...

I think a reasonable hydraulic pipe bender costs in the region of £600. This is a pipe bender as opposed to a tube bender.
I hired on from our local Speedy hire for a weekend and made the roll cage for the trials car. It's so easy when you have the right kit!
