Have you tried demon thieves(tweeks),
rally design,car builder solutions,europa?
Have you got a local hose company like hyphose ?
If it doesn't fit MODIFY it!!

When i made up my hoses i just asked in my local motor factors if i could rummage through their pipes to find the bends and reducers i needed. They
were quite happy to let me, and and I got all the hoses and bits i needed for about £15.
For the joiner how about a bit of 1.25" pipe. Thats 32mm, and with a jubilee clip on it wont leak.
Depends how 'locost' you want to be
