you realise the rockers are handed? well, if they are oem they will be; they will be aluminiujm alloy with hardened seat that pushes the tappet
offset depending on the valve.
the aftermarket ones are universal and nasty cast iron stuff.
rimmer bros. sell the oem; craddocks & paddocks (LR spares, sell the after market ones cheaply; I bought the last alloy ones from craddocks but
can't remember whcih handed ones - they had too few of one but many of the other - worth calling them to see if they still have them.
again the same people cra/pad-docks for shafts;
How badly worn are yours? I have a pair I removed in reasoable nick - will get the micrometer on them to see conditon - yours if you're
interested for price of postage.
the rockers where on the hardened seat - if you have oem - it sould be possible to press out the seat and fit another or build it up and then case
harden it - probably more hassle than it is worth.

1st check the shafts they usually wear on the underside. If they are scored they scrap them.
The filings from the scoring get embedded in the ally rockers and grind away the shafts. What happens next is those filings get into the oil and then
attack the big ends and mains. If they are knackered, its not worth replacing with more worn bits.
Especially if you have just fitted a new cam and crank bearings etc. I suppose it depends on what you have paid out on the engine. £200 and its not a
big deal. £2K is another matter.

froggy,
Now either those are small bricks on your wall or thats one LARGE Turbo.
tell me that not going in the kitten !!
Turbo lag possibly an issue I think you need to take some more of those 'Special pills ' or I have a freind who specialise in those
rubber pants for poeple who have no control over there bowels. may be a safe option for the first wet roudabout and that turbo spinning up.
Mad Mad Mad.
PS U2u sent regarding EFI unit
