No problem, I've got a very nice electronically controlled pipe bender. I'm in Dorset though

I don't mind paying the postage and for the tube if you have some spare.
The legs each side of the bend need to be about 250mm.
Cheers,
Chris.

What wall thickness are you looking for? Is it to be welded onto something else? or it is cosmetic? So many questions

wall thickness doesn't really matter as long as it's thick enough to weld. Probably 1.2mm?
Cheers,
Chris

These look ok? It's 19mm seamless pipe with 2mm wall thickness . They will need trimmed back as I've left them slightly longer than 250mm
a side.
Cheers

19 mm tubing can be bent by hand without a bender, if wall thickness is above 1.5mm. I bent a few for my locost. I made a wooden jig ( jus a piece of
wood with a radiused end 50mm radius). Fixed it to a vise with the tube and bent it over the radius.
