Just upgraded to a 4 bike so have one awaiting a small repair to number plate board.
its the 9403 bought through Halfords a few years ago, tiltable link at bottom of post with optional Thule security lock ( locks the carrier to the
tow Bar ) all straps and Thule spanner present.
let me know if you are interested but delivery from West Yorkshire could scupper the plans.
