zx9 gear lever

(1)Where will I be able to buy a splined gear lever boss from ? I want to get one I can weld the lever to.
(2) where can I buy push/pull cable from needs to be about 1.3 metres?

FOLDING GEAR LEVER SHIFTER FIT PIT MONKEY DIRT BIKE | eBay

fits a blade engine, expect yours is the same

This looks quite long Mitsubishi FTO GX GPVR auto 5sp gearbox selector cable | eBay
