Righty

ive not got the 35mm, but do have 38mm and 16mm would it push over the hose ?

I could pssibly turn the end down a little if it were to help, maybe down to 36.55mm ish/ish/fraction lol.

it won't stretch to to 38 unfortunately already tried that as my radiator is 38mm, the engine is 35mm

hmm, can you put beading round the pipes? if you can, i've got a few other pipes i'm using for plain hose joiners, they could really do with beads on them, and i've got some more 35mm pipe in the garage i could maybe send down to you if you could do them?
