Wanted;pinto electronic ignition

I need an electronic ignition set up to fit the pinto in my mates Robin hood.
Anyone got one lying around they would like to clear out????
I have tried to convert him to the zetec way of thinking but he won't have it.
Beer tokens waiting.

Good Man! i have a lucas ignition module and brand spankin new coil in the garage.£30 posted anygood?

Hmmm.

He wants to replace the points dizzy with an electronic type,is it possible to do using your module?

i think what you are talking about is, your mate wants a Megajolt set up?

Is he looking for the Lumenition kit to convert his present distributor or is he after the standard inductive ignition with the black block with an aluminium back ?

Megajolt is the way to go, just make sure the wiring is done well with the correct shielded wire and the sensor bracket is firm

He is after the standard ford inductive system to replace the points set up,that keeps melting contact sets.

Steve,if you have one in that aladdins cave of yours,let me know.

I have tried the whole Zetec/megajolt thing with him but he won't have it.Not even just the Jolt.I'm afraid it has to be the ford system, if anyone needs to clear out peeps.
