Can anybody help bore out 3 exhaust parts?
I've been borrowing use of a friends lathe to turn up some exhaust headers. One face sits up against the copper gasket, the other accepts the
exhaust tubing. I've managed to face off each side to the required width, but the lathe is just too small to efficiently bore out the centre. It
took me about 3 hours to do just this one! Can anyone with a more substantial lathe bore out the other 3 for me for some beer tokens?
Thanks in advance
James

44.45OD 38.1 large ID, 36.5 small ID
So a 44.45 od tube with either 38.1 or 36.5 would do the job...
