Usually available from petrol stations as an emergency cap.

I've seen them. No idea where but they're usually described as "universal petrol tank cap".

Not legal for SVA or MOT IIRC.

halfords sell them in the car security section. I seem to remember that as they dont just pull off / out then they are classed as locking in terms of MOT and therefore a pass. have a look on the packaging.
