On ebay he's found under:

I emailed him a while ago but no response.

I made mine by bending and soldering 1/8" brass rod. Really easy to do. I hope my attachment comes through, Russ Rescued attachment P2280288a.jpg

I did mine by finding a picture of a Caterham grill, blowing it up and printing it off, and bending an old coat hanger... easy enough to bend, but a bit thin, and difficult to join up at the end.

Here's how it looked... before peeling paint and rust forced me to take the grill off Rescued attachment 2005-06-11 7 grill.jpg

I'm sure people have been cautioned for copyright breach regarding this...

hellfires right i think caterham have a sense of humour failure if you use their number

i think its more aimed at manufacturers though

How can you copyright a number ? As long as the design is slightly different I don't see a problem!

I think that you can use any trademark on a privately owned car aslong as it is not to defraud, say when you sell it.
Manufacturers are a different matter.

Or you could fork out £35.25 (presumably + VAT and P&P) to Caterham for a "real" one
