Ideally, I need the h/brake balance gizmo from an Allegro. Which is now rarer than youknowwhat.
So, does anyone have a left-over part, which would connect the h/brake lever to 2 rear cables, and also incorporate a pivot? (To permit h/brake effort
balance).
Alternatively, are there any suggestions for sources of similar h/brake mechanisms?
I might have something i've made for the allegro cables - u2u me over the weekend to remind me to go hunting.
Westfield part
Bit pricey maybe...

When I built my Westy about ten years ago, I had to find a steering column and handbrake compensator off an Alegro. The local scrappie had one
Alegro, complete! I think I paid £10 for the column complete with ignition keys. He asked what the compensator was, then said, "Take it"
Thank you, guys, for your helpful suggestions.
Mr. Whippy (changed yer avatar again!!), will give these felows a call.
