It might not be water he is using the union for, just say a way to get the vacuum out to a sensor?

Or inject Nitrous?

Or to inject water into the mix to steam clean the bores?

Or a sensor?

I just checked, and I have mainly BSP taps not NTP sorry.

I have a 1/8 NTP but would be too small unless you did a typo.

Cheers

Adrian

i was under the impression you needed to run the water system from the waterpump to the inlet manifold otherwise the head got hot...

if i dont put the union in whwre do i run the smaller hose of the pump to ..

its pinto and will be running a polo rad..

thanks

Hi i put the pipe out of the inlet manifold to the header tank all i did was drill a hole in line with the hole in the head and welded a small pipe sticking out to get a rubber pipe on it
