Any builders yard or hardware shop, bit over the top for your car though

or just order them off the net, tons of suppliers on there

I used some very similar ones to attach my ground anchor in my garage to the floor. Locost gets attached to it with a FO big bike chain

B+Q do some. Else screwfix etc etc....
