off 2 center parcs for a few days.
thanks for offers guys. i'll sort it when im back.
thanks again
Hi Guys,
I got back from centre parcs but still can't fire up my PC, I think the MB i fried...
Anyway - back to the welding I need doing...
You will see in the picture (poor quality) that the manifold steps away from the body, just when it needs to step closer, also the angle of the
manifold were it connects to the end can is slightly off, kicking the end of the end can a few inches past the rear arch!
I think It needs cutting, an angled peice removed, and then rewelding so that the mount (just visable on the inside edge of the end can mounts to the
chassis, or is at least SIGNIFICANTLY closer.
I'll PM those who have offered to help.
As you can see it needs a little thinking about, and needs to be precise - thats why I'd rather pay a token gesture to someone who knows their
onions, rather than except some help from kind people who might not be able to do it quite right.
Anyway, once you guys I have PM'd have read this, hopefully you'll know what is needed.
Cheers guys!

If it was mine I'd heat it and bend it in.

I would also bend it in as it will be much quicker, neater and easier than welding it!
