Pace Corner Weight Gauge
Picked this up a couple of weeks back, but sadly it is intended for cars with deep dish rims and wont fit through the spokes on my tintops, I made up
an plate/adapter to extend its reach but sadly this changed the lever ratio and ended up maxing out the gauge, so still no use to me.
1000PSI which i believe is good for 450kg, so would suit kits and small tintops if wheel design allows.
Missing its lever arm but I used a jack handle fine, or any 1/2inch bar would work.
£90 plus postage at cost.

Strange no takers on this - I'd have thought it would be of benefit to most kit builders!

I'm interested... When you say deep dish what sort of rim depth would be suitable?

Depends on spokes also, with open enough spokes the dish would matter less. But i suspect 1 inch of clear, close to horizontal, dish would be enough.
Post some pics of your rims?

This looks fine, obviously impossible to be sure, but seems plenty of 'flat area' to push off/against. If you value the finish, you might
want some a small piece of wood or similar to protect he rim.
Harder to tell with these but judging by the angle of the weight looks like it might be too sloped.

Thanks Dave,
I have an event this weekend and busy sorting car out, would you hold on to the gauge until next week until we can sort out collecting / delivery or
meeting. I'm only in Wokingham.
Cheers
