Caterham 6 Speed Gearbox Type 9
Caterham 6 speed gearbox, I purchased unused since it was rebuild a few years ago.
These boxes are rated to a max of 220bhp, and I'm now looking to push on towards 240+ so will be going straight cut (swap possible if you have a
heavy duty box with suitable ratios and cash either way depending on spec).
Input shaft has shorten nose so more appropriate for zetec, duratec or vauxhall lump using after market bell-housing than original k-series.
Any inspection welcome, £1600 collection from Bristol definitely preferred unless you can sort a courier and suitable packaging.
20mm bell housing spacer available separately that can be machined to correct thickness depending on bellhousing £25.

Would you be interested in a 5 speed transX box ?
I might be able to broker a deal as I have a mate with a straight cut box that is moaning it's too noisy...

Sorry, I should have stated that first refusal goes with the gearbox purchaser / swapper. If they don't need it then its yours.
