zetec throttle bodies
i have been offerd a set of throttle bodies so im gauging interst in my set of hayabusa throttle bodies on re drilled st170 manifold with st170
injectors
i got the throttles already respaced with the manifold from a member in here but it was only partly converted and since then i have re drilled the
manifold to fit std zetec ports as thay are not the same, re done all the throttle links as there was major sync problems, made a fuel rail added a
converted blacktop fuel pressure reg and re-respaced to fit tb's upsidedown to alow fuel rail to be fitted, fitted removable bungs to the suzuki
tb's injector ports, added proper fluro hoses and quaity s/s clips and reprofiled entry ports to manifold.
tps is there and works fine with megasquirt and its pritty much all there done to use the st170 injectors or any others the same size like std
blacktop ones (creams)
had them fire my motor for a few secs but as i have no cooling system and only a base map
have the orignal suzuki fuel rail injectors fittings etc re spaced to suit uncluded if you want to use them
spent near on £300 to complete
im looking to sell to recover my costs part fund my new set so would like serious offers only please u2u
