Busa TB's for Duratec and Ali Inlet Flange
Suzuki Hayabusa Throttle Bodies which have been stripped and spaced to suit a Ford 2.0 Duratec Engine by our very own Flak Monkey (and a bloody good
job he made of it too!)!
The unnecessary injector ports have been core plugged very neatly.
Includes the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) and Throttle Linkage.
Aluminium manifold flange to suit - just needs short inlet tubes welded on.
A much cheaper way to Individual Throttle Bodies than Jenvey's, etc. The only reason I'm not using these is because I found a set of
Cosworth Roller-Barrels at the right price.
As for price... well, the TB's cost me £150 to buy and then there was the fabrication costs on top to get spaced for the Duratec. The Manifold
was £25. So, how does £185 UK delivered sound??? No profit in it whatsoever for me.. in fact by the time postage and PayPal fee's are taken
into account, I'll probably be down over £20!

It is pretty smart bit of work... I had to think long and hard about using the Cossie one's ahead of these.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Glad they arrived back safely
The spacing on these is 92mm centres IIRC so may suit others as well. ISTR that zetec is also very close (91mm maybe).

No injectors in these... the injector ports have been core-plugged (as the Duratec injectors are straight to head jobbies)

Ah!
IIRC the busa injectors are good for up to 250(ish)bhp.
