FS : 2008 MK Spec R Indy ZX10R
Sadly my Indy needs to go up for sale as a new project is on the horizon.
General
Registered in May 2008 as a new car. Built with all new and reconditioned parts to a high standard from the MK deluxe kit. It has never been tracked
and is a seriously fast car with around 180bhp from the new Kawasaki 07 ZX10R motorbike engine.
Engine and Running Gear
• Kawasaki ZX10 purchased new from Yorkshire Engines in 2007 including radiator and clocks.
• Modified prop-shaft, steering column, steering rack, hub carriers, callipers and disc (greenstuff pads) were purchased from MK direct as
reconditioned units
• Bespoke aluminium air box and performance cone air-filter
• Power commander 3 and speedo healer
• MK bespoke aluminium fuel tank with ZX10R integrated fuel pump
• 3.62 limited slip differential
• In board front suspension
Interior
• MK GRP moulded seats
• Willans 4 point harness
• Quick release steering boss with Alcantar steering wheel
• Savage switches
• Aluminium gear stick
• ZX10R digital display
Exterior
• Black GRP MK body panels
• Kawasaki wing mirrors
• LED one piece stop, indicators and running rear lights
• LED number plate lights
• Aluminium rear parcel shelf with aluminium lockable fuel filler cap
• 15” Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2
• TOYO R888 tyres
• Bespoke stainless steel exhaust system made and fitted by MK engineering
It will be at Stonleigh on the Staurday night and Sunday if anyone wants to view. I have posted it on Pistonheads and any comments and queiries
