No nothing just had to locktite everything
So I think I would need new mounts going from 7" to 7.5 " ? Unfortunately I cant find anybody who manufactures them. Does anybody have any ideas ?
New mounts? what are you running now?

Only diff is 7" u need long bolt and nut and bolt to attach and on the 7.5" u can just use short bolt as the end is threaded
Craig your confused!
Most cars don't use a cradle system like yours to hold the diff, the chassis is built for a certain size diff.
so if the chassis is built for a 7 inch diff a 7.5 inch diff will be half an inch to wide to fit between the mounts, so it won't fit without
chassis mods (ie cutting off existing mounts and welding in new ones)
If a chassis is built for 7.5 inch diff its easy, you just use spacers to allow a 7 inch diff to be bolted up correctly.
I can feel a group but coming along here then lol as I could replicate my craddle for anyone

didnt have to as front craddle has pre drilled running holes to allow small movement too forwards or backwards
^^ most chassis are quite a lot different to yours
the dax rush ones are integral to the chassis with enough room for 7.5" or 7" diffs and don't use the rear mount
the mk indy is like this:
the mnr vortx is like this:
and so on....

^^ what you say is true, but eh width of the mounts isn't exactly 7" or 7.5" - those numbers only really refer to the size of the crown wheel inside and its more of a coincidence that the mounts widths are approximately the same give or take a few mm
(ie don't go chopping exactly ½" off the mounts and expect it to fit)]
Description
My chassis in the pic above, built for a 7 inch diff so would need new mounts welding in to take a 7.5 inch diff.
Now sold
