Sierra Rack Support Bushes

Hi guys,

Whilst rectifying a loose steering system that I had I found that the problem was worn out 'Rack Support Bushes'

these are pictured in the Ex-Di below.

Description

If yours are worn will notices a slight lift or drop in your tie-rods when in the first part of your steering action.

This in turn relays into your cars performance and will cause a slack or 'sloppy' steering system.

So, the fix.

I experimented with brass upgrades but these cause massive steering wheel vibrations and are a No,no..

However a friend that I work with justested a Nylon substitute that we use at work thet is super hard wearing and has vibration dampening properties. The material is called Nylene 4121..u may or may not have heard of it.

The bushes are CAD cut and will press bit in place of your old bushes creating a new grease proof seal inside your steering rack..

at the moment I only have availiable bushes for a standard manual sierra steering rack and these will be available for £10 per pair.

beleive me if your are worn out u wont beleive the difference these make.

U2U me for any details..

PS. before any Do-gooders say "U should maybe get intouch with Chris or Fossie to get ur status as Registered Trader"

I AM GOING TO !!!!

cheers guys
