i have a set of 4 13x8 minilite style wheels they were brought as a pakage brand new with tyers and used on a mk1 escort with bubble arches for a very short space of time doing very little miles so are very new in condition .
The tyres are kumho powermax 205/60/R13 and are almost new
these wheels look great on a mk1 and were only removed to be replaced with 15 inch wheels due to a cossy conversion . i am sure they will fit many outher old fords ore kit car projects.
we measured the offset and if we are right they have 0 offset
