could anyone who knows how this works shed some light on it for me please (how it fits together)

The adjuster fits into the top wishbone from the chassis side. The balljoint is then screwed in from the other side and the locknut done up. Then all
you need to do to change the camber is undo the locknut and turn the camber adjuster, then retighten the nut.
