what steering wheel?

hi all. what is the best size steering wheel to get? i would like a small one but how small can i go? was thinking of using the old sierra one for sva but its close to the aeroscreen.
what have all you guys used.

I used a sierra one for SVA and 13" mountney 'M' series post SVA on both my cars.

I'd also say 13" is about right.
I suppose it depends how big your hands are!! I've got stupidly large hands so trying to operate a tiny wheel would be a pain. Equally, anything over 13" would seem a bit big in a small car like a 7...
It also matters a little what steering rack you've got. If you've got a quick rack a tiny steering wheel is going to make low speed manoevers very difficult.

Hi the most common sized wheel used is 280mm or 300mm.

And the most popular wheel used is the MOMO model 26. You can tell it's popular these days as it used to be about £80 but now it's more like £110. .

i like the omp one but think 320 is bit large! was thinking of 250 but its too small, so il try a 280 i think

11,12 or 13 inch is indeed what is "normal". maybe you can borrow some wheels and try. I switched from a leather one to suede one which I like more. maybe you should also check how thick the wheel is, not everybody has the samen hands good luck finding one !
