Heater in a BEC?

Trying to make the MK a bit more civilised. I am fitting a screen and have a small heater for demisting, possibly heating the footwells.
Looking at the cooling system I have used, what would be the best way to plumb it in?

Is it as simple as plumbing into the top and bottom rad hoses?

You want to take the heater feed before the thermostat, otherwise it'll take forever to warm up.

I'd put it between the oil cooler outlet and the top hose... provided there'sno valve on the heater pipes.
