Interior Side Panels.

O.k. so I have pretty much finished the inside of the car... all I need to do now is panel the inside of the outside of the chassis if that makes sense.. Is ABS the most common material to use for this... I have used pinseal on the underide of the dash to box it in but it seems to mark very easily.... Any other suggestions with Links?

thanks
Dave B....

I had plenty of 1.2 mm aluminium left over so made mine and covered in black vinyl .

This is the back panel but the interior sides and tunnel sides are the same.

I did black vinyl onto 1.2mm ali as well.

Looked good (although not that easy to keep clean!) but the problem I had was that the summer heat killed the glue and the vinyl peeled away. I think it'd have worked better if I'd have 'keyed' the aluminium to get better adhesion but other builders have been fine with other different glues.

Cheers,
James
