Clock Mounting Question

Hi can a set of clocks ie an R1 clock be mounted directly behind the steering wheel like on a regular car and are there any SVA regulations for it?
Cheers
Adam

Only regulation would be that you can see all of the dials and warning lights.
Anything which is within 127mm radius of the outer edge of the steering wheel is exempt from SVA.

where mine were for sva and after
dash and paddles
dash and paddles

As above so long as you can see all the lights / dials then there will be no issues.

cheers all, Its a rather small steering wheel and with the paddle shift its going to be close as i wonder if you can see it all but if i can stretch the clock loom that far i think it will like good although it will make the scuttle messier which was something i wanted to keep tidy.
