Triton, you know ive asked this before, but so much going on in my head at the moment ive forgot. Do those seats fit the Mad Mini, and also now the

You will need to create a heat shield anyway as that little beast will cook you alive...
I can use high temp resin if you fancied paying a quid or so more to feel safer

How much more?. How easy would it be for you to make the back of the seats smooth too.
( are the seats like mk's by the way)

Wide seat isn't like an MK seat, the sides are low making it more suitable for cars with doors.
Having the backs in gel coat means making two seat in effect then bonding them together so would be expensive as new plug and moulds required.
Tissue on the backs smoothes out the matt and gives a finer surface finish.
Approx £20 to £25 more to use High temp materials....you still need the firewall so why not let that do the job and save yourself some money?

So it's the low sided ones which are suited for the Mad Mini. The ones without hole in bottom. Think they will look and feel ok when ive got the
harness on.

Depends on you but yes either the narrow one on the left or the wider one on the right.
Trying to climb into a high sided seat thru a door will be painfull i think...edge of seat going somewhere perhaps...

Is this quite durable or will it come off after getting in and out of the Mad Mini, ie grabbing hold of the side to get in and out.
Do you take Pay-Pal.

Just realised that the Mad Mini will have door bars, so may get away with the belt holes in the seats. Same price Triton?.

Welderbloke,
Yes low side and high side narrow jobbies are same price.
low sides not as low as you think though still hold you in, just makes it easier to fit the belts as they go over rather than through the seat.
Always go for the wizardy hat ones
