Hello, Im not very happy with my tunnel finish too many makrs and dents so i want to cover it is vinal or somthings. Has any one done this before that can give me some pointers? I cannot pad it out much because my chassis is very narrow. It has to be water proof as well

How about rinoliner or such pickup bed spray/brush on bed liner?
If nothing else it would be durable.

I am doing the same. I bought a roll of foam underlay for laminate floor from B&Q. it is about 3or4 mm thick and quite firm, water resistant and heat proof. This is going to be glued to vinyl and stretched and glued over the panels. where I have external trim I will run the vinyl under the trim and use the trim to hold it down.

I used a glue from Wickes (the builders merchants) that was not on the shelf, you have to ask for it. It glues to ali like nothing else and you need to use it out doors.....

It is like a bostik but thicker and my dash came up very good.

Have a look at my site as the info is somewhere in there.

be careful with that foam, the folds show through vinyl. I used it on my dashboard.

If you look at the pictures on the link below, you will see the creases on the foam and how they show up on the final dash. It's not "terrible" but it is noticable.

had this made for the same reason. I posted the suppliers details recently. Only cost me £55 after i supplied template. Its held in place with velcro so easily removed. I also had seat pads made by same guy. Cant praise his work high enough.
