Handbrake Cable Layout
hi guys, is it possible someone could post some pictures or a description of how to layout the handbrake cable on a MK2 Escort axle.
Im not sure where to locate the thing..

I have twin cables (ditch the old escort bar arrangement). They cross over before passing over the top of the diff. They then run in a wide arc around
to brackets just inboard of the shock mounts. Clear as mud right?

(1) You can roate and re-drill the back plates for more clearance
(2) Ditch the Escort cable & bar arrangement even on the Escort it didn't work properly. Either use twin cables or the complete cable from
a Morris Ital (nb Ital not Marina)

Handbrake end. I made a balance bar arrangement although you can't see it in the photo.

that handbrake set up picture is a great help, i dont suppose anyone has a picture of the rear hub with a disc conversion? the drums dont help me
