depth of atlas axle diff cover

could someone measure the depth of the atlas axle diff cover for me please?

they're difficult to find at a proper price these days... i'm wondering about the possiblilty of making one myself...

shouldn't be too difficult. should it?

My one is 58mm deep. I had to patch the cover so I cut off the flange and made a complete new plate. I could email you pics later tonight if you require. U2U me if you need them.

I've been trying to work out in my head how many different pieces i'd need to make it from (4 i think)

lol is that a dog bowl?
thought about that, and was gonna go looking for one tomorrow, but i have pretty limited space due to the watts linkage brackets (centre pivot goes on the chassis) so i need the smallest possibe.

is it worth trying to increase the oil capacity where possible though?
