steering rack knuckle
Hi everyone
I found in the search system that a manual sierra down link will fit onto an escort rack. has anyone got a picture of one or a scanned page from a
workshop manual so I can confirm with a car wrecker here in NZ that we are talking about the same part.
Cheers

End B fits the triangle shaped upper steering column (the bit that is attached to the steering wheel) so it won't fit the rack without
modification

For a bit of useless trivia, iirc B squared automotive in Coventry make these for NFauto and some other kit car part suppliers. B2 were set up by
ex-NSKSteering systems employees.
im sure some savvy kit car manufacturers could use this bit of useless knowledge if they wanted to buy a batch and make some new I-shafts without
having to cutting and shutting Sierra shafts if they wanted to. Knowing that B2 use lots of diffreent yokes and UJ configurations it wouldnt be
difficult for them to make a hybrid shaft to suit a particular application. They are set up to do low volume runs.
