Identifying Master Cylinder

Just looking for quotes for a m/cyl rebuild kit but not quite sure which one I have. Been told there's 3 or 4 variants.

I have 'F' reg 1989 Sierra Saphire one.
It's the black steel tubular one with a plate steel mounting flange where the holes are on about a 20° slant. As opposed to the cast steel (or ali?) ones I've seen with horizontal mounting holes.

Would I be right in thinking this is the Lucas/Girling one?

Any clues?

Thanks,
James

Just spent ages looking for the picture and failing, come back to ask for a link and there it is!
Good move that man!
Thanks Dave!

Seems I have the Girling as I thought.

£20+ for a rebuild kit.

Before I go for the kit, if I consider getting a replacement from the scrappy are there any preferences? Anyone of the four any better than the others? And reasons why? If I change it'll mean re-doing my brake lines so it'll need to be a good reason!

Cheers,
James

Dave, what site is that from. It looks like a useful one to remember for referance of other parts. I presume it does parts for different fords etc.

Brakes International

I know several people on here have used them. Prices can be quite reasonable too.
