Quick milling job for beer tokens?

I wanted to get this finished at uni but exams inconsiderately got in the way

Would anybody be able to do a quick milling job for some beer tokens?

I need to put two flats (15mm or slightly under wide), 180 degrees apart on the larger diameter section, then a 4mm tapped hole on each (I can tap the hole if its drilled to 3mm).
Ideally I would like another pass on a lathe to make a nice shiny finish, but that isn't crucial.

The material is fairly soft ali:

If anyone could manage to do this for me, it would be very much appreciated - and beer tokens would be sent
