Wishbone pics
Hi,
Looking for some inspiration regards front wishbone construction
Pics of what you have made and any tips would be ideal!

Here you go

Shock points at the ball joint so no bending motion on the lower bone, a common fault due to bad design.

My top top would be to read the very very long thread on here about front wishbones bending - reduce bending loads anywhere and if possible avoid them
all together
Next - make a decent jig
Second Jig
Weld carefully - distortion is a PITA.
You can buy ready made tubes for bushes and ready made bungs for both oval and round tubing if you are using rod ends - a lot quicker than making your
own.
